About Our Staff

All teachers are adequately trained to tackle emergencies and other challenges in the daily operations. Our teachers are trained in:

FA/CPR
Daily Health Observation
Child Abuse and Neglect
Virginia Pre-Service Training for Childcare Staff
Health/Safely/OSHA and Playground Safety Rules Training
Medical Administration Training (MAT)

At least one MAT-certified staff member is always available during school hours.

A Message from Our Co-Founder and Program Director

My name is Lakshmi, and I hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering from JNTU University in India. While I began my career in the IT industry, my true passion lies in early childhood education. I found my calling at Happy Hearts, where I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible children.

I firmly believe that every child is a unique masterpiece, and our curriculum should be tailored to nurture their individual strengths and interests. As an educator, I’m constantly inspired by the boundless potential of young minds, and I’m thrilled to be part of a team that shares this vision.

It’s an honor to join the Happy Hearts family and contribute to the development of this new center. I’m excited to embark on this journey and create a nurturing environment where children can thrive.”
